Winnsboro Was One of the First Cultural Arts District Cities!

In 2009 Winnsboro was one of the first cities designated by the State of Texas as a Cultural Arts District thanks in part to its historic downtown area featuring fine restaurants, antiques, specialty shops, notable musicians, artists, and art galleries. Winnsboro remains the smallest city to hold that designation!
