3RD Largest
Farmers
Market in
Texas

The Winnsboro Farmers Market began as a grassroots effort in the early 2010s to bring together local growers, artisans, and neighbors in the heart of downtown Winnsboro. What started with a handful of regional farmers and bakers has grown into a vibrant Saturday tradition that celebrates East Texas agriculture, creativity, and community spirit. Supported by the City of Winnsboro, the Winnsboro Economic Development Corporation, and the Main Street Program, the market offers only locally grown produce and locally made items, ensuring that every purchase supports area farmers, makers, and small businesses. Held seasonally on Market Street near City Hall, it has become a beloved gathering place that reflects Winnsboro’s charm, agricultural heritage, and enduring commitment to supporting local enterprise.
